So I "exercised" (not by choice) two days ago and still feel the pain today.  One thing I remember from class is that muscle soreness from lactic acid buildup goes away within a day; therefore, any soreness or pain felt thereafter is a result of muscle tissue damage.  Once it has repaired itself, my muscles will be as good as new, if not better  (so I believe).  I guess it's cool to know what's REALLY going on in my body.  The pain feels bad, yet good at the same time. 

This whole day has been extremely unproductive.  After 5 hours, I've only gone over 7 pages of lecture...SEVEN PAGES!   Why do you ask?  Hmm... a lot has to do with the fact that I SLEPT 30 minutes at a time on my desk every 5 minutes, and the rest of the time, I'm distracting myself on the computer, much like right now.  I swear, you can give me a lifetime to get something done, and I will still wait until the last few minutes to do it.   

Xanga

I can't believe I'm starting a Xanga site just so I can comment on Grace's Xanga.  Oh well, I guess I would have joined sooner or later.

Thanksgiving weekend was great.  Family dinner with relatives on Thursday, then drove up north to SF to celebrate with college buddies.  Pad see ew for dinner on Friday with Grace, Pearl, Lena, and Joe; wild and "educational" night with dirty mo and omar; drove to pearl's at what seemed like the crack of dawn; wash up and more sleep; sushi with Howard, Dinh, and Yen; thanksgiving shopping at market with all; cooking, guesstures, human pyramid, many pics, music, drinks, more people, getting buzzed, getting high (on life, of course! ), useless cab ride around SF, Cranium, pole game, piping hot turkey soup and leftovers, then finally 9hr trafficky drive HOME!
